About The Position

Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations. Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. The Frame Table Operator assembles the remaining frame to the door, maintaining a safe and clean work environment. This role has a moderate level of responsibility to identify defects, make repairs using provided tools, and make decisions regarding what can and cannot be repaired. Other miscellaneous jobs may be directed by management.

Requirements

Knowledge of hand tools and small power tools to assemble units.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
Knowledge of Pneumatic equipment (Stapler, Screw Gun)
Read tape measure to 1/32" inch
Maintain operation and cleanliness of all equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bending, twisting, stooping, excellent dexterity, must work at a fast pace, fast pace is physically demanding
Strong eye/hand coordination.
Standing for long continuous hours
Constant attention to detail and accuracy of material placement
Concentration on proper lifting and ensure floors are kept free of debris
Regular attendance and timeliness is an essential function of the job in order to avoid having any disruptions in production and customer service
Follow all operational and safety SOP’s as written

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
1-2 Years in the field or related area
