About The Position
Frame Helper (Lavonia, GA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Frame Helper to assist in the fabrication and assembly of frame components in a production environment. The ideal candidate will support welders and fabrication teams by measuring, cutting, labeling, and preparing materials for frame construction while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Experience operating or willingness to learn to operate a band saw
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Measure materials accurately for frame fabrication
- Operate a band saw to cut materials to specified dimensions
- Label and organize parts for welders and fabrication teams
- Assist with loading and staging build tables
- Move and handle materials safely throughout the shop
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Assist fabrication personnel with general shop duties as needed
