About The Position

Voyage Advisory is seeking an experienced Fractional Project Manager to support a large enterprise client undergoing a significant organizational transformation initiative. This role will work closely with senior leadership, Human Resources, talented Organizational Change Management (OCM) professionals, and external consulting partners to support employee training and change adoption initiatives impacting hundreds of employees. While this position is not responsible for developing change management strategy, the Project Manager must understand OCM principles and be able to effectively coordinate and execute OCM-related workstreams.
