About The Position

The Clinical Trainer delivers high quality clinical training on nurse call and clinical communication systems within hospitals, long term care homes and other healthcare facilities. This role works directly with clinical and non-clinical staff following new system installations, and through ongoing site visits, to ensure users are confident, competent and compliant in their use of the nurse call system. A core part of this role is creating and writing training materials, including guides, reference documents and learning resources for clinical customer staff and Austco employees. As needed, this person will help document customer feedback and insights, and will assist the marketing team with content that speaks to a clinical audience. This position requires prior nursing or clinical experience, and a strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient safety, and the critical role nurse call systems play in care delivery.
