Clinical Specialists must be available to support urgent customer needs and participate in weekend, holiday, and occasional after-hours coverage as business needs require. Requirements
- High School Diploma PLUS a minimum 6 years in healthcare, field sales, or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing - OR- Associate's Degree PLUS a minimum 4 years work experience - OR- Bachelor’s Degree PLUS a minimum 2 years work experience
- A valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and a driving record that meets company standards are required.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies by performing system checks/interrogations, supporting implants, troubleshooting issues, and applying knowledge gained through comprehensive CRM field training.
- Coordinate operational support by ensuring accurate patient documentation, managing inventory and equipment resources, maintaining programmer software, and assisting with daily coverage logistics to meet customer and business needs.
- Educate physicians, hospital staff, office personnel, and field team members on CRM products, therapies, and solutions, while supporting the onboarding and development of new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and field partners to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and the value of Medtronic CRM products and solutions.
- Identify customer opportunities, support purchase order activities, monitor competitive trends, and provide actionable feedback to help achieve sales objectives.
- Maintain technical expertise by staying current on new CRM products, therapies, solutions, and patient management offerings to effectively support customers and clinical outcomes.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support customer clinics, hospitals, and business meetings, with frequent independent driving – approximate 80% of the time.
- Perform physical job requirements, including frequent two-handed lifting of up to 40 lbs., sitting, standing, and walking for 8+ hours per day, and regularly bending, stooping, squatting, and maintaining balance.
- Work effectively in clinical environments with exposure to eye protection, infectious disease, and radiation, while wearing 7-9 lbs. of lead for extended periods, utilizing computers and mobile devices, and maintaining the vision capabilities necessary to support patient care and field-based responsibilities.
