We are seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Legal Officer to provide strategic legal guidance and help manage legal and regulatory risk across our businesses.
Requirements
- Licensed attorney with significant corporate/commercial law experience
- Experience advising private companies, acquisitions, and growth-stage businesses
- Familiarity with U.S. corporate, contract, and compliance matters
- Practical, business-oriented approach to legal risk management
Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Review contracts, agreements, and legal exposures
- Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and corporate structuring
- Provide guidance on compliance and risk management
- Serve as a trusted legal advisor to leadership
