About The Position

The Fractional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) serves as a strategic adviser to the executive leadership team and provides leadership and oversight of the Company’s people strategy and human resources function. This role partners closely with executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and cross-functional stakeholders to support organizational effectiveness, talent, culture, compensation, and HR operations. A key focus of the role will be leading people and organizational planning related to Project Flash and supporting the Company through post-combination integration and transition activities.

Requirements

• Significant senior-level experience leading human resources and people functions, preferably in a high-growth, technology, or similarly complex organization.
• Demonstrated experience advising executive leadership and Boards of Directors on people, organizational, and compensation matters.
• Experience with organizational planning, talent strategy, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Experience supporting organizations through significant growth, organizational change, integration, or other business transitions.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, HR operations, compensation, and employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Legal, Finance, executive leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fractional executive capacity, prioritizing high-impact initiatives and providing hands-on leadership as needed.
• To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Responsibilities

• Lead people and organizational planning related to Project Flash and post-combination integration and transition.
• Develop and advise on workforce strategy, organizational design, succession planning, talent, retention, and culture.
• Oversee executive and employee compensation, performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Provide oversight of HR policies, employee relations, workplace investigations, leave and accommodation processes, and employment matters in coordination with Legal and outside advisers, as appropriate.
• Oversee HR operations, personnel records, HR systems, and external HR vendors.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board of Directors on compensation, succession, talent, and other people-related matters.
• Support the Company’s overall people strategy and organizational effectiveness in alignment with business priorities.
