About The Position

We are hiring frac support hands for rig-up and rig-out work across the Montana/Wyoming region. This is demanding field work for people who show up ready to earn it. Local candidates will receive the first offer. This Job Is Physically Demanding — Apply Only If You Can Meet These: Able to lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly, Able to work 12 hours straight on location, Comfortable with the physical realities of frac support and rig-up/rig-out work. Class A CDL also maybe required and a huge plus. Have all Safety Certs required up to Date.

Requirements

  • Able to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly
  • Able to work 12 hours straight on location
  • Comfortable with the physical realities of frac support and rig-up/rig-out work
  • Solid mechanical understanding of how to use tools involved
  • Comfortable working with hands and mechanical components
  • Ability to install O-rings, packing rings, and similar components correctly
  • Experience rebuilding triplex pumps on a rig
  • Water crew experience (derrick hand / pump hand)
  • Any role that has provided a real mechanical understanding of pump and fluid end work
  • Must carry all safety certs needed to work on location, starting with PEC (Safeland / PEC Basic Orientation), H2S, and First Aid.

Nice To Haves

  • Class A CDL
  • Experience with fluid end maintenance
