The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience in design and analysis and SDR experience.

Requirements

Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics
Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active DoD Secret security clearance.
3+ years of experience with relevant firmware development
Proficiency in Verilog or VHDL for FPGA-based designs
Proficiency in C/C++ in embedded environments
Familiar with test equipment (power supplies, oscilloscopes) and software debugging tools
Experience in I2C, SPI, RS-232, or other standard communication interfaces
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience working on embedded devices for RF projects preferred
Active Top Secret DoD security clearance

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test FPGA-based HDL and firmware
Support all phases of system and subsystem development activities with upfront analysis, prototyping, development, and validation
Hand-on lab testing of hardware
Acquisition and analysis of laboratory data
Work with/lead a small team of embedded developers to coordinate development capability to meet component development milestones.
