About The Position

This position is responsible for operating the flat pack machine, including setting up the program, calibrating, and adjusting machine parameters to produce desired weights, cuts, and portions. The machine operator will perform regular checks on the resulting meat and portions to determine machine performance and make adjustments to meet product specifications. This role ensures the continuous flow of product through the production process and verifies that proper ingredients and supplies are being used on the line. The operator will also notify the supervisor if machinery requires maintenance, while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months
• 180 days (6 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members
• Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire
• Applications will be considered from Washington, Benton, and Madison counties
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
