About The Position

BridgeBio is seeking highly motivated, intellectually curious, and ambitious university students for their FP&A Summer Intern program. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to company leaders and contribute meaningfully to a term-long FP&A project. The program emphasizes education, growth, and professional development, aiming to build a strong foundation for a career in biopharma. Interns will be expected to learn quickly in ambiguous environments, ask thoughtful questions, take ownership of their work, and contribute innovative ideas. The company pioneers a "moneyball for biotech" approach, focusing on rare diseases and developing life-changing medicines.

Requirements

  • Incoming university junior, university senior, or Master’s student with an interest in biopharma.
  • Comfortable learning quickly in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions and take ownership of work.
  • Excited by responsibility and exposure to senior leaders.
  • Professional experience in a high-intensity, fast-paced working environment is ideal.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A track record of experimenting with high-risk, high-reward initiatives.
  • Cultural Fit: Energetic, resourceful, and scrappy, with a “hustle harder” mindset.
  • Advanced Excel user with a data driven mindset.
  • Exceptional academic track record and GPA.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in adopting AI-powered tools and technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for university senior.
  • Exposure to other analytics software’s is ideal.
  • Rising 3rd or 4th year undergraduate actively pursuing a B.A. or B.S. in an Accounting or Finance concentration, or a Master’s student pursuing a finance-related degree.

Responsibilities

  • Learn effectively through both direction and experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Formulate and communicate novel ideas, providing valuable insights and direction.

  • Present project conclusions meaningfully and effectively to senior leadership.
