The FP&A Manager will be responsible for day-to-day ownership of Deep Fission’s corporate financial planning and analysis activities, including maintaining the FP&A model, integrating monthly accounting actuals, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and strengthening financial planning processes as the company scales. This role represents the first dedicated internal FP&A hire and will play a key role in building scalable financial planning processes. Over time, this role may grow into leading the FP&A function as the company scales. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategic Finance & FP&A, this is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to build and maintain durable financial infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting foundations, a high degree of ownership, and comfort operating amid changing priorities typical of a growing energy technology company. This role will play a critical part in improving financial visibility, discipline, and planning rigor as Deep Fission progresses through R&D and toward commercialization.
