About The Position

The Manager, FP&A will lead financial planning and analysis for U.S. operations, delivering strategic insights that influence executive decisions and long-term growth. This role combines hands-on financial modeling with leadership responsibilities, ensuring accurate forecasting, actionable reporting and continuous process improvement. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving financial performance and supporting strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA/CPA preferred.
5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance with proven or progressive leadership experience.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP and BI tools (SAP, Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI).
Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial insights to senior leadership.
Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across departments.
Develop scenario planning models to support strategic decision-making.
Manage ad hoc financial projects.
Oversee monthly and quarterly management reporting, including P&L, cash flow, and KPI dashboards.
Analyze financial results, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Prepare executive-level presentations that translate financial data into recommendations.
Collaborate with business units to identify and optimize performance drivers.
Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and business planning.
Act as a key liaison between finance and operational teams to align goals and resources.
Drive automation and enhancements in reporting tools and budgeting systems.
Implement best practices to ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Coach and develop a team of two analysts, fostering best-in-class FP&A practices.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth within the finance team.
