About The Position

KONE is seeking an FP&A Business Manager for KONE Americas, located in Lisle, IL. This role involves documenting and driving budget and investment plans, analyzing financial data to understand business drivers and variances, and developing measures for key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and visual databases like Power BI, passionate about quality and results, and committed to promoting a safety culture. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with Senior Leaders.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive and successful FP&A experience.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, or similar field.
Proficient use of Excel and visual databases (Power BI).
Ability to collaboratively work with all levels of leadership, employees, and external partners.
Excellent accounting, analysis and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and work under rigid time constraints.
Ability to write reports, develop business models and key indices for a business.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, internal and external customers and the general public.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of unit’s operations / fixed cost.
Provide financial leadership and partnering with leaders to maximize investment opportunities.
Identify and manage cost savings.
Provide monthly analysis and forecasting.
Supply timely, accurate information to leaders to help and support them in executing the planned business and budget actions.
Monitor key metrics (including KPIs) and proactively address issues to management.
Champion lean and the reduction of non-value-added activities.
