About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and analytically driven FP&A Analyst to partner with our Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations. In this highly visible role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders — providing actionable insights, driving financial discipline, and leading process improvements that unlock efficiency and value across the business. You will blend strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) expertise with a passion for business partnership, enabling data-driven decisions and operational excellence. You’ll also help advance our process automation and digital analytics capabilities, building scalable tools and models that enhance agility and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3+ years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A, ideally supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation projects

MBA/CPA/CFA preferred

Responsibilities

Support the capital expenditure (CapEx) approval process, ensuring financial rigor and alignment with strategic priorities
Lead components of the revenue and forecasting cycle; partner with marketing to build accurate recognition plans and tracking models
Manage spend allocation and maintain the operational spend model to ensure transparency and accountability
Partner cross-functionally to streamline financial workflows and implement process automation and reporting enhancements
Support quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis
