Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Solid analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, or comparable systems).
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting processes.
  • Coursework or certifications in finance, analytics, or accounting are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budgeting process, long‑range planning, and rolling forecasts.
  • Partner with department leaders to gather financial inputs and validate assumptions.
  • Analyze budget‑to‑actual variances and identify key performance drivers.
  • Assist in identifying cost‑containment and revenue improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries.
  • Analyze trends in profitability, margins, working capital, and operating expenses.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis to inform operational and strategic decisions.
  • Assist in evaluating the financial impact of business initiatives and investments.
  • Support capital expenditure (CapEx) analysis, tracking, and reporting.
  • Build financial models to support project evaluations and ROI analysis.
  • Partner with operations to monitor project performance against financial targets.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
  • Support financial reporting and visualization using ERP, EPM, and data analytics tools.
  • Assist in improving data accuracy, reporting automation, and FP&A processes.
  • Collaborate with accounting, operations, and business teams to ensure financial alignment.
  • Support audits, internal controls, and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Maintain strong documentation and reporting discipline.
