About The Position

The role: As an FP&A Analyst, you will help drive our goals by supporting financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for the Americas region, preparing accurate financial reports and analysing performance, including variance and trend analysis, providing insight on financial performance to support decision-making and improve business outcomes, collaborating with stakeholders to contribute to business reviews and performance commentary, enhancing financial models, tools and processes to improve analysis and data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional initiatives and responding to ad hoc financial queries.

Requirements

  • Degree in accounting, finance or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and analysis techniques
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other standard business tools
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
