Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Forecasting Support the annual budgeting process, longârange planning, and rolling forecasts. Partner with department leaders to gather financial inputs and validate assumptions. Analyze budgetâtoâactual variances and identify key performance drivers. Assist in identifying costâcontainment and revenue improvement opportunities. Financial Analysis & Performance Reporting Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries. Analyze trends in profitability, margins, working capital, and operating expenses. Support ad hoc financial analysis to inform operational and strategic decisions. Assist in evaluating the financial impact of business initiatives and investments. Capital & Project Analysis Support capital expenditure (CapEx) analysis, tracking, and reporting. Build financial models to support project evaluations and ROI analysis. Partner with operations to monitor project performance against financial targets. Financial Modeling & Data Analytics Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis. Support financial reporting and visualization using ERP, EPM, and data analytics tools. Assist in improving data accuracy, reporting automation, and FP&A processes. CrossâFunctional Collaboration & Controls Collaborate with accounting, operations, and business teams to ensure financial alignment. Support audits, internal controls, and adherence to accounting standards. Maintain strong documentation and reporting discipline.
