About The Position

As Croud continues to expand both organically and through mergers and acquisitions, we are seeking a sharp, collaborative, and commercially-minded FP&A Analyst to join our global FP&A function. Based in our New York office, this newly created role will be instrumental in providing a holistic, consolidated financial view across our growing US footprint, including Croud US (NY / Atlanta), and Born Social US. Operating as a critical bridge between our US operations and our global finance hub, you will work as part of the Group FP&A team led out of London to ensure a synchronized, consistent approach across our global teams. You will act as a key financial advisor to US Senior Leadership—including the US CEO, US Chief Business Officer, Global COO, and Chief Data Officer—delivering high-impact financial insight, robust data modeling, and strategic process improvements to drive performance and sustainable growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or commercial finance analytics, preferably within the digital marketing, advertising, media, or technology sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is required.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills with a proven ability to synthesize large, complex data sets into clear, executive-ready "storytelling" summaries.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to challenge the status quo and effectively influence senior, cross-functional, and remote global stakeholders.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can seamlessly manage multiple priorities across different time zones.

Nice To Haves

  • Progress toward or completion of a relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or CMA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience of working across an International business is preferred.
  • Direct experience with advanced financial planning systems (ERP), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), or basic SQL is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a comprehensive, holistic, and consolidated financial view across all US entities (Croud US (NY & Atlanta), and Born Social US).
  • Act as a trusted financial partner to US Senior Leadership (US CEO, US Chief Business Officer, Global COO, Chief Data Officer) and other senior agency stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group Finance team in London to ensure reporting structures, timelines, and financial models remain fully aligned globally.
  • Own and drive the US inputs for monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range financial planning cycles.
  • Conduct robust variance analysis, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, efficiencies, and profitability levers across the US agencies.
  • Execute ad-hoc financial analysis, sensitivity testing, and predictive scenario modeling to evaluate new business cases and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare high-quality management reports, dashboards, and commentary for US leadership and Group Board presentation.
  • Partner with commercial and client teams to evaluate pricing models, labor utilization, rate cards, and the profitability of client and third-party engagements.
  • Provide vital financial support during vendor contract negotiations, client RFP/RFI submissions, and resource allocation mapping.
  • Assist in evaluating and tracking the region’s sales commission plans and bonus structures.
  • Support Group M&A activities as required, assisting with local due diligence, post-merger financial integration, and scaling efficiencies.
  • Play an integral role in identifying and delivering financial process improvements and system upgrades to scale the Global finance function.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence (BI) and data teams to optimize data warehouse capabilities, ensuring robust single-source-of-truth reporting.
