About The Position

As an FP&A Analyst, you are the organization's financial compass. Your mission is to translate data into strategic insights to guide decision-making. Reporting to the finance leadership team, you’ll play a key role in budget planning, profitability analysis, and the design of automated tracking tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA a plus)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (Power Query, macros) and a talent for making data easy to understand.
• Ability to build structured and scalable financial models.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
• Fully fluent in both French and English.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning: Working with the FP&A Director, lead the annual budget process and ensure rigorous tracking of cash flow and the weekly rolling forecast.
• Reporting & Performance Analysis: Produce monthly financial reports, analyze variances, and perform deep dives into project profitability (margins).
• Decision Support: Support management in preparing board reports and provide the analysis needed for strategic decisions.
• Tools & Automation: Design and maintain automated Google Sheets models and KPI dashboards for operational tracking across different departments.
• Special Projects & Optimization: Collaborate with the CFO and FP&A Director on various files and proactively propose ways to improve financial performance across the organization.
