This position is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and driving improvements in various parts of the business including procurement, cost of sales, G&A and other operating expenses across operating restaurants. Additionally, this role will assist in preparing weekly report packages, monthly financial statements, and quarterly leadership presentations.
