This is a hybrid role based in either Illinois, Raleigh, Philadelphia, New Jersey with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will support reporting and forecasting of core SaaS revenue drivers and serve as a key finance partner to Go‑To‑Market leaders. This position requires strong trend analysis, a solid understanding of SaaS revenue mechanics, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, decision‑ready insights. Success in this role comes from attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Working knowledge of SaaS revenue concepts and key drivers
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for non‑finance stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with strong organization, communication, and follow‑through

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools or automation applied to financial reporting
  • Exposure to GTM, Sales, or Revenue Operations environments

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM leaders to track bookings performance, highlight variances to plan, and drive forecast accountability
  • Build and maintain bottoms‑up ARR models, including new logo, expansion, contraction, and churn cohorts
  • Own revenue reporting and support rolling forecast cycles, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
  • Analyze pipeline, win rates, and booking trends to identify risks and opportunities ahead of close
  • Develop AI‑driven reporting processes and dashboards to provide real‑time visibility into revenue performance
