About The Position

This role is for a V.I.E. (Volontariat International en Entreprise) position within Ipsen's North America Commercial Finance team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The position focuses on financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis to provide key financial insights that support business decisions and optimize performance across the North American business. Ipsen is a mid-sized global biopharmaceutical company focused on Oncology, Rare Disease, and Neuroscience, with a commitment to human-centric leadership and a culture of collaboration, excellence, and impact.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Audit or Accounting.
• 1–2 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Planning.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Nice To Haves

• SAP and/or TM1 knowledge is a plus.
• Previous international experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly closing, reporting, forecasting and budget processes.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for senior management and the NA/US Leadership Team.
• Analyze P&L, profitability and sales performance.
• Support financial planning models and reporting tools.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Market Access, Business Intelligence and Business Units.
