About The Position

Within our Corporate FP&A team located in Denver – Leprino is seeking an FP&A Analyst to help strengthen how we evaluate growth, pricing, and performance across our business. This role sits at the center of commercial decision-making, supporting how we assess opportunities, structure deals, and understand margin across domestic and international markets. Your work will directly support smarter investments, clearer financial visibility, and disciplined growth as we continue to expand our global footprint.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, or business development support.
  • Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) system proficiency, along with working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build models, reports, and presentations that communicate complex financial data clearly.
  • Experience coordinating budgeting or forecasting processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for key business and planning meetings.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 4+ years of FP&A experience within manufacturing, food, or CPG industries.
  • Experience developing dashboards or automated reporting using BI platforms.
  • Background supporting both domestic and international commercial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver financial insights that help shape Leprino’s commercial strategy across domestic and international markets.
  • Partner with Business Development to analyze opportunities, evaluate profitability, and recommend smart paths for growth.
  • Develop clear, accurate financial models that assess contract performance and guide negotiation decisions.
  • Maintain reporting tools and dashboards, using Business Intelligence systems to keep data reliable and easy to access.
  • Prepare and present financial performance packages to senior leaders, turning data into stories that inspire action.
  • Support budgeting and long-range planning by coordinating inputs, validating assumptions, and ensuring consistency.
  • Conduct competitive and economic analysis to identify shifts in dairy markets and pricing opportunities.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of standard reporting templates and train others on their use.
  • Participate in month-end close and reconciliation activities, ensuring reporting is both timely and accurate.
  • Work with cross-functional partners in Operations, Product Management, and R&D to evaluate landed margins and recommend improvements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership—helping connect financial outcomes to broader business priorities.
