About The Position

A fast‑growing AI/data‑analytics company in the healthcare ecosystem is hiring a hands‑on finance professional to partner directly with the CFO. This is a high‑visibility role that blends FP&A (forecasting, reporting, variance analysis) with month‑end close support and real operational finance responsibilities. You will serve as the bridge between the CFO and an outsourced accounting team—helping ensure clean closes, improved reporting, and decision‑ready insights as the company scales.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience across FP&A, financial analysis, and accounting (close, reconciliations, financial statements)
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience (Bill.com exposure is a plus)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving environment
• Collaborative, curious, and eager-to-learn mindset—culture fit matters

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance reporting rhythms: forecasting, budgeting support, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
• Support month-end close: reconciliations, coordination with outsourced accounting, deliverables tracking, and ensuring accurate reporting
• Improve finance processes and systems alongside the CFO (automation/efficiency mindset is a plus)
• Build dashboards and leadership-ready materials, including exposure to Board and executive reporting
