About The Position

Under the guidance of the Fourslide Team Lead, the Fourslide Setup Operator supports manufacturing processes by setting up and operating Fourslide equipment. This role is responsible for all quality and documentation associated with the production of parts. The position works a 2nd shift schedule of Monday-Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Training will be conducted on 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM) for approximately 2-4 weeks. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to the regular 2nd shift.

Requirements

• Ability to set up and operate Fourslide machines.
• Ability to prepare and maintain setup information.
• Ability to identify problems and make improvements (root cause analysis).
• Ability to maintain tooling and equipment related to fourslide operations.
• Ability to review and complete required daily documentation.
• Ability to assure good housekeeping and machine maintenance practices.
• Ability to maintain all safety and employee policies and report any infractions or concerns to management.
