Fountain Worker - Steady Extra
About The Position
The Fountain Worker is responsible for greeting guests, providing excellent customer service, taking and completing orders, handling cash transactions, completing side work, and unloading and storing warehouse deliveries. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, basic food & beverage knowledge, and the ability to handle cash transactions on a Point of Sale system. Candidates must be highly organized, efficient, and able to work effectively within a team. Additionally, all applicants must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain and maintain any required licensing or work cards.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner
- One year guest services experience, preferably in a high volume quick service/coffee shop/concession stand environment
- Basic food & beverage knowledge
- Ability to handle cash transactions on a Point of Sale system
- Highly organized and efficient
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required
- Must be 21 years of age or over
