We’re seeking driven Fountain Field Technician to join our growing team of outdoor enthusiasts working together to provide essential top-tier surface water management solutions across the US. We provide lake and pond management services, wetland restoration, and stormwater solutions to private homeowners, lake associations, golf courses, governmental entities, and many more. Your role will be pivotal in connecting our innovative solutions with clients who value sustainability and excellence. The Fountain Field Technician is responsible installing and maintaining fountains and aeration systems. Additionally, the Field Tech is responsible for diagnosing and repairing systems as well as maintaining accurate asset records within the TIGRIS software platform.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong work ethic with a passion for working outdoors
- Good math and science skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and carry a 40-lb. backpack sprayer throughout the day on uneven terrain
- Comfortable working around water bodies in variable weather conditions
- Must have an excellent driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening (Drug-Free Workplace)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with aquatic vegetation control and the use of aquatic herbicides/algaecides
- Experience with fountain and aeration system installation and maintenance
- Applicator license is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain fountains and aeration systems
- Diagnose and repair fountain and aeration systems
- Operate boats, ATVs, and spray trucks in various outdoor environments
- Communicate effectively with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and services performed
