About The Position

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating our CNC mill and lathe machines to produce all production parts required. You will be responsible for setting up, editing programming, and operating the machine. You will be responsible for verifying that all parts that are made at the machine meet engineering, and quality standards. You must have experience operating CNC machines. You must have the knowledge and experience to perform basic maintenance on the machine. You must be able to operate a forklift and overhead cranes per OSHA standards. Applicants should be detail oriented, hardworking and have a demonstrated ability to work in a demanding industrial environment. You must be comfortable with a dynamic atmosphere where you will work on many different tasks in a given day.

Requirements

  • Experience operating CNC machines.
  • Knowledge and experience to perform basic maintenance on the machine.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and overhead cranes per OSHA standards.
  • Detail oriented, hardworking and have a demonstrated ability to work in a demanding industrial environment.
  • Comfortable with a dynamic atmosphere where you will work on many different tasks in a given day.
  • 2 year Associates Degree in Machine Tool Technology or 2-3 years experience as a CNC Machinist with programming experience.
  • Experience in the Machine tool trades as result of Military service.
  • Passing of a written entry level machinist test.
