The Foundry Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the aluminum sand casting process, including mold preparation, pouring, finishing, and equipment operation. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities
- Prepare molds using sand and specialized tools to meet casting specifications.
- Operate machinery and tools to pour molten aluminum into molds safely.
- Inspect molds, cores, and finished castings for quality assurance.
- Perform finishing tasks such as grinding, trimming, or polishing castings.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards.
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.
