Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CMM programming and troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the foundry department to melt and pour alloys into shell molds.
• Handle the loading and unloading of pre-fire ovens, molds and furnace ovens.
• Operate vacuum furnaces and air melt systems to ensure precise melting and alloy preparation.
• Mark up and weigh materials for accuracy.
• Manage electronic and paper data entry.
• Operate lifting equipment safely.
• Uphold strict casting procedures to maintain quality, efficiency and safety throughout production.
