About The Position

The Rustic is opening a new location in The Colony in November 2026 and is hiring for every position, Front and Back of House, to build their founding team. This is an opportunity to join a high-volume, high-energy restaurant from day one, participate in full opening training, learn standards from the ground up, and help shape the culture of The Rustic in The Colony. The Rustic is described as a gathering place for great music, food, and memories, and is part of the FreeRange Concepts family.

Requirements

• Ability to deliver warm, knowledgeable service (Servers).
• Ability to manage flow and keep energy up (Hosts).
• Ability to keep dining room clean and reset tables fast (Bussers).
• Ability to execute scratch-made menu with speed, consistency, and pride (Line Cooks).
• Ability to prep fresh, from-scratch ingredients (Prep Cooks).
• Ability to keep kitchen running with clean equipment and a can-do attitude (Dishwashers).
