About The Position
Software Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to own the technical side of enterprise sales and deployment at Hyperscale, an AI-native startup automating back-office operations for major US trucking fleets. Work directly with founders, customers and engineering to take agentic AI systems from demo to production.
Requirements
- 1-4 years full-stack software engineering, ideally at a high-growth B2B company
- Strong foundation in APIs, webhooks and system architecture; shipped real products end to end
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity
- Genuine enthusiasm for customer-facing work; willing to travel on-site (~10%)
- Visa: STEM OPT transfers only; no new H1B/O1 and no H1B transfers
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, design POCs, and run tailored demos tied to each prospect's workflows and pain points
- Travel on-site to customers (~10%) to embed with operations teams, scope integrations, and write code to unblock deals
- Scope and execute pilots with clear success metrics (call resolution rate, time savings, CSAT) and build ROI models
- Support end-end onboarding: data mapping, workflow configuration, API/webhook integrations, go-live
- Bridge customers and product/engineering, surfacing edge cases and shaping the roadmap
