The Founding Recruiter / Talent Lead is responsible for building and running Leap’s hiring engine, ensuring we can scale headcount without compromising on quality. This role partners closely with founders and hiring managers to move the company from founder-led, reactive hiring to a more consistent, high-performing, and scalable model. You will own recruiting execution across priority roles while designing systems, workflows, and tooling that reduce manual effort and allow the function to operate leanly. This is a role for someone who treats recruiting as a systems and leverage problem, not just a service function. You will balance hands-on execution with building the foundations that enable hiring to scale efficiently over time. This role reports to the Co-founder & President.
