The team built now will define Roger's trajectory, and this role exists for a Founding Recruiter to take full ownership of how the company finds, attracts, and closes exceptional talent to accelerate its mission. This is not a reactive "fill roles as they come" position; instead, the recruiter will partner directly with founders to transform ambitious hiring goals into a repeatable, high-signal hiring engine, defining who is hired, how they are hired, and how the company presents itself to the talent market. This is a founding role with significant impact, ownership, and expectations. As Roger scales, there will be opportunities to build and lead a recruiting team, own the employer brand, and grow into a strategic People leader with a seat at the table.
