About the Role We are looking for a Founding Recruiter to build the team that builds Vega. This is a high-leverage, zero-to-one role for a talent operator who can think strategically and execute relentlessly — often on the same day. As one of our founding in-house recruiters, you won't inherit a machine — you'll design one. You'll own the full hiring lifecycle across key functions, partner directly with the CEO and founding team to set the talent bar that defines what Vega becomes.
