About The Position

White's Site Development, a growing Central Florida site contractor, is launching WSD Site Engineering LLC and seeking one licensed Florida PE to join as a founding equity partner — 20% minority shareholder, qualifying agent, and COA holder. This is a built-in-pipeline partnership, not a ground-up startup.

Requirements

• Active Florida PE license in good standing
• 5+ years civil engineering experience in land development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with SFWMD or SJRWMD permitting
• Ability to serve as FBPE qualifying agent

Nice To Haves

• Central Florida land development experience
• Consulting PM background
• FDOT familiarity
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

• Hold the Florida Certificate of Authorization and serve as qualifying PE.
• Sealing engineering documents (grading, drainage, utilities, paving, permitting).
• Leading project design.
• Managing subconsultants.
• Representing the firm in agency meetings (SFWMD, SJRWMD, Orange/Osceola/Seminole counties).
• Providing construction administration.
