About The Position
This role involves working directly with the CEO to own the operational infrastructure of the company. This includes responsibilities such as recruiting, systems management, legal and compliance, clinical partnerships, and clinical team management. The position offers extreme independence and ownership, with the expectation to raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance.
Requirements
- Built something from scratch: a startup, a product, or a major initiative with real outcomes.
- Perfectionist with ability to iterate fast.
- Ability to automate your own job on a monthly basis.
- Strong technical literacy.
- Coding experience is ideal.
