About The Position

Vocca is seeking a Founding Operations Manager to join their US launch team in New York. This role is crucial for deploying AI voice agents to transform patient-provider connections in the healthcare industry. The company has achieved significant growth in France and is now expanding into the US market. The Founding Operations Manager will be responsible for client deployment, success, and account management, reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the Founding AE. This is a greenfield opportunity to build the US operations function from the ground up, with the goal of deploying approximately $1M ARR in the first year.

Requirements

  • Native or fully bilingual English with a genuine US customer-facing culture (US/Canadian/UK native, or European with 4+ years in the US).
  • Hands-on experience with product and AI, including integrating AI into daily work, using tools like Zapier/no-code, and engaging directly with product features.
  • Strong product affinity (engineering background not required).
  • Resourceful, a doer, comfortable in ambiguous situations, and capable of structuring operations as they develop.
  • Understanding of a client's business and ability to position as a partner to improve their ROI.
  • Smart and a fast learner with a strong track record (from reputable companies and/or schools).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in early-stage SaaS.
  • Affinity or curiosity for healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and implement clients, including configuration, setup, integration, and go-live.
  • Own time-to-go-live and ensure a high successful deployment rate.
  • Manage post-sale activities including support, success, and account management for the first US practices.
  • Drive retention and satisfaction on early accounts.
  • Build the US operations playbook, documenting onboarding, configurations, and processes for replicability and scalability.
  • Operate hands-on in an early-stage US environment without a pre-existing playbook.
  • Gain deep product mastery to configure and go live independently.
  • Document a practice-onboarding process.
  • Ensure a short and stabilized time-to-go-live for a growing base of US practices.
  • Gather initial retention and satisfaction signals.
  • Become the operational owner of everything post-sale in the US.
