The company recently completed a leading startup accelerator program, raised a strong Seed round from top-tier investors, and is experiencing rapid month-over-month growth. The team is lean, highly technical, and deeply product-focused, operating in a fast-paced environment where every hire has meaningful influence on the trajectory of the business. Our partner is hiring a Founding Operations Lead to help build and scale the operational foundation of the company. This is a highly cross-functional role designed for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, building systems from scratch, and operating across multiple areas of a startup. You’ll work directly with the founders on company-critical initiatives including onboarding operations, customer adoption, hiring processes, internal systems, cross-functional execution, and strategic operational planning. The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, operationally rigorous, and comfortable taking ownership without needing heavy direction. This role is intended for someone who wants broad exposure to how an elite early-stage company scales and who is excited by high responsibility and fast iteration.
