About The Position
The next decade belongs to biology. Bio foundation models are turning experimental guesswork into prediction, and the industry built on that science is set to produce more medicine, faster, than at any point in history. The bottleneck for bringing these medicines to patients will be everything downstream of the science: clinical & regulatory strategy, portfolio decision making, the governance reviews, launch planning. That work is still done by smart people manually assembling context from a hundred sources, and it moves at the speed of headcount. Argon builds the AI workforce for that layer. Our platform provides workflow automation purpose-built for biopharma commercial and portfolio teams, specialized from the data model up. We're an early-stage YC-backed company founded in 2024, working with top-tier pharma and several of the largest life sciences consultancies. Requirements
- 6+ years in commercial and portfolio strategy in biopharma.
- Direct biotech or big pharma experience is preferred over pure consulting.
- Deep working knowledge of pharma's internal governance process for clinical and commercial decision-making with first hand experience seeing how decisions actually get made.
- Experience running client-facing, multi-stakeholder engagements with real complexity.
- Genuine comfort operating without structure.
- You already use AI tools in your own work.

Responsibilities
- Drive business development efforts including attendance of industry events and leading client conversations for tailored use cases of Argon’s platform
- Lead customer deployments with hands-on training and working sessions to help users get value from the platform quickly
- Help shape product strategy and roadmap by deeply understanding customer workflows and the gaps in the current product
