This is a rare opportunity to join a team building the future of how trillions of dollars of investment capital are managed and optimized. As the Founding Marketing Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of Foresight’s brand, positioning, and go-to-market narrative, acting as the connective tissue between product, sales, partnerships, and fundraising. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role reporting directly to the CEO. You will shape how Foresight is understood by venture capital, private equity firms, fund administrators, strategic partners, and investors, and ensure that every external touchpoint, including sales decks, website, content, and fundraising materials, reinforcing clarity, credibility, and trust. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands private markets, B2B SaaS, and enterprise buying dynamics, and who is excited to operate as a senior individual contributor with broad ownership. This position reports to the CEO and can be based out of our New York City or San Francisco offices, operating on a hybrid schedule, requiring 2–3 days per week onsite. Travel for this role is not expected at this time.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing, or GTM roles.
Experience marketing to private equity, venture capital, asset management, or enterprise financial services audiences.
Strong background in sales enablement, product marketing, and narrative development.
Ability to translate complex, technical products into clear business value.
Experience working closely with founders, sales teams, and executive leadership.
Proven ability to operate independently in an early-stage, resource-constrained environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and quality.
Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

Own Foresight’s core brand positioning, messaging, and narrative across VC, PE, and adjacent financial services audiences.
Translate complex data, AI, and analytics capabilities into clear, compelling business value for customers, partners, and investors.
Lead product marketing and GTM enablement by developing and maintaining sales decks, one-pagers, partner materials, demos, executive presentations, and competitive positioning.
Drive customer marketing through case studies, testimonials, proof points, and reference programs with leading VC and PE customers.
Define Foresight’s thought leadership and content strategy across the website, social channels, and long-form content, while overseeing external writing and production resources as needed.
Own website messaging, information architecture, and content strategy to reinforce Foresight’s credibility and support the sales process.
Develop and maintain fundraising materials, including pitch decks and supporting content, while ensuring consistency across investor communications.
Manage and direct agencies and contractors across design, content production, SEO, and web development.
Establish and track marketing effectiveness metrics tied to GTM outcomes, including adoption, sales enablement usage, and market credibility.
Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to support GTM execution, revenue growth, and a consistent Foresight brand narrative.
