About The Position

Probook is the AI “Front Office” for the home services industry, transforming how plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses operate. Our work’s impact is real. Dispatching the right tech to the right job can mean the difference between a $300 service call and a $20,000 system replacement. Proactive outbound keeps revenue steady even when demand dries up. And answering every call on time ensures homeowners convert before looking elsewhere. Probook unifies these workflows into a consistent CX, giving businesses a single, scalable place to run their entire operation. This is a unicorn role— and we know it. Few marketing directors have majors in brand leadership and demand gen simultaneously. We're hiring for extraordinary strength in one area, knowing you'll be scrappy in the others short-term. Right now, we have a zero person marketing team. You'll have full ownership to build this function with direct access to founders. This level of autonomy and impact is exceptionally rare. We need a builder who thrives in ambiguity, not someone looking for a polished playbook.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS Brand marketing experience (Series A-C stage preferred) with deep expertise in brand/content.
  • Proven hands-on execution: You've written compelling content, orchestrated events, or built multi-channel campaigns yourself—not just managed agencies.
  • LinkedIn fluency: Comfortable building thought leadership presence and executing content strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Scrappy builder mentality: Track record of building marketing infrastructure from scratch with limited resources.
  • NYC based: Excited to work in-office 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Leadership Establish Probook and its leadership as the authoritative voice on AI in the trades. Build authority through social media thought leadership, compelling case studies, and strategic presence (influencers, website, brand, etc.) that makes the largest home service businesses view Probook as the inevitable evolution of their tech stack.
  • Demand Generation Engine Build repeatable systems that generate qualified inbound. Execute high-ROI events, deploy email nurture programs that keep Probook top-of-mind, and establish partnerships with channels and influencers.
