Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of digital marketing experience (4+ years preferred) with strong, demonstrated performance outcomes
  • Have hands-on experience managing paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) at scale
  • Have owned monthly marketing budgets in the $500K-$1M+ range
  • Have worked with hyper-growth consumer and/or direct-to-consumer brands, ideally well-known or category-leading brands
  • Have experience scaling brands through organic social and creator-driven content
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. and excited to be fully onsite in NYC (5 days/week)

  • You’ve built or managed your own social presence or a brand’s social accounts

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale paid marketing across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms
  • Manage budgets, creative development (video & static), testing, attribution, reporting, and results
  • Drive CAC-efficient growth in patient DTC acquisition
  • Continuously experiment with new channels, creatives, targeting, audience, bidding strategies, signal tracking, and funnels
  • Lead creator, social, and brand strategy and execution across key platforms
  • Build and manage a creator-led content engine, crafting brand narratives across creators, influencers, and UGC
  • Develop compelling, high-performing brand content that balances performance and storytelling
  • Partner closely with product, operations, and clinical teams to shape messaging
  • Serve as the founding marketing lead, setting the foundation for this critical function
  • Establish marketing processes, analytics, and best practices
  • Translate business goals into clear marketing strategy and execution
  • Be hands-on — this is a founding role, with room to grow and own a team upon success
