About The Position

FOUNDING PRESIDENT & CLINICAL LEAD (LCSW)Read this carefully — this is not a normal job. We are starting a Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP) from zero. This role is for one person who will build it, run it, and lead it long-term. You will be: the president of the organization the head clinician and the person ultimately responsible for whether this works or doesn’t If you want to own something real — not fake equity, not a title without authority — keep reading. If you want a protected clinical role, someone else handling operations, or a soft landing, this is not it. WHAT YOU ARE BUILDING At the start, the core team is: You (LCSW, President) Two peer support specialists Admin/system support from Lexington (but nobody else on-site) That’s it. You will be responsible for: bringing in clients and referrals providing clinical services setting clinical standards building the documentation and operational systems supervising peer staff and making sure the program actually functions day to day This will start small and get more support over time as you hire new people — but ownership does not get delegated. You are the person this lives or dies on. WHAT YOU WILL OWN You own: client intake and clinical care treatment planning and documentation Medicaid compliance and audit readiness peer staff supervision and performance referral relationships and growth day-to-day operations that support clinical delivery You are not “the clinical side.” You are the business and the clinical side. You will do the work and build the system that allows others to do the work later. WHO THIS IS FOR This role fits someone who: wants to build one thing and do it well thinks in systems, not just sessions is comfortable being accountable for outcomes can sell, document, lead, and decide wants long-term stability and authority, not job-hopping You don’t need to be flashy. You do need to be durable, decisive, and willing to carry responsibility that most clinicians avoid. HOW THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR LCSW ROLE There is no “just focus on clients.” You are responsible for: clients showing up services being billable documentation holding up peers doing good work and the program growing sustainably That’s why this role is paid above market. You’re not being paid for credentials — you’re being paid for ownership. If you read this and felt energized, not intimidated, we should talk.
