This Role We’re looking for a Founding Marketer to help Finch build the most recognizable brand in legal tech — one bold campaign, event, conference, and industry-shifting idea at a time. You’ll own how Finch shows up to the world: online, in person, and everywhere our customers pay attention. This isn’t a “run ads and make decks” kind of role. You’ll be expected launch projects that push boundaries, while remaining scrappy, and turn Finch into the company every law firm leader knows by name. Your scope will span brand, growth, and experience — from defining our narrative and designing scalable systems to running experiments that move markets. You’ll partner directly with the leadership team to turn attention into momentum, and momentum into measurable demand. It’s a role for someone who thrives on ambition, creativity, and ruthless execution.
