About The Position

Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack. Backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google, we help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive-led content that drives revenue. We are now looking for a Founding Marketer to own and scale all revenue-driving growth initiatives across marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market systems.

Requirements

Proven experience running significant events, not just assisting.
Strong interpersonal and logistical skills.
Sales ability, including securing sponsorships, partnerships, and executive participation.
Ability to move quickly and own outcomes with minimal oversight.
Passion for event planning and execution.
High agency and execution bias.
Revenue obsession, focusing on pipeline quality, velocity, and revenue impact.
Comfort with ambiguity and building from scratch.
Direct, accountable communication style.
Low ego and a commitment to follow-through.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire events motion, from conception to post-event follow-up.
Handle sponsorships, both securing partners for our events and getting Virio into relevant industry events.
Oversee all event logistics including vendors, venues, catering, AV, and swag.
Build and nurture a community that extends beyond individual events.
Collaborate closely with sales and content teams to ensure events drive business objectives.
