About The Position

We are looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist to help build and lead our new pediatric sports rehabilitation and performance program. This role involves shaping sports rehabilitation services, return-to-play programming, injury prevention programs, running and movement analysis, speed and agility training, and strength and conditioning for youth athletes. You will have the opportunity to develop community workshops, school and youth league partnerships, and define the program from its inception. This position offers a unique chance to create a program from the ground up, combining evidence-based physical therapy with athletic development and injury prevention for young athletes.

Requirements

  • Licensed or eligible for Georgia licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Passion for pediatric physical therapy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative problem solver with a growth mindset
  • Interest in community outreach and program development

Nice To Haves

  • Interest or experience in pediatric orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, biomechanics, or youth athletic development

Responsibilities

  • Help shape sports rehabilitation services
