We're looking for someone who sees that as the floor, not the ceiling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with strong full-cycle closing.
  • Some experience leading, mentoring, or building a team (leadership experience is a strong plus — not a hard requirement if the ambition and track record are there).
  • Natural player-coach: still loves to close and is energized by building the team and system around them.
  • Ability to build 0→1: process, playbook, hiring, forecasting, and culture — with very high autonomy and comfort in ambiguity.
  • Extreme ambition — wants to build a sales organization that sells tens to hundreds of millions.
  • Extreme ownership, humility, and the drive to build something meaningful.
  • Love being close to customers and turning feedback into execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Hired, scaled, or led a US sales team before.
  • Navigated security/compliance and integration stakeholders in complex deals.
  • Used tools like Attio, Notion, Slack, Apollo (or equivalent).
  • Existing network in US healthcare operations.

  • Define the hiring plan and start building the team — sourcing, interviewing, and making the first hires.
  • Feed field insights (objections, workflows, integration needs) back to Product and leadership.
  • Transition from player-coach to leader: hire, ramp, and coach a team of AEs and SDRs.
  • Own the US sales number end-to-end — pipeline generation, conversion, forecasting, and quota attainment.
