About The Position

We are an a16z Speedrun-backed company dedicated to accelerating the growth of leading consumer brands such as Higgsfield and Promova. Our dynamic team operates at the intersection of technology and business innovation, and we are looking for experienced and driven professionals to join us as we scale. We’re based in San Francisco, and we move with intention. We believe in full lives outside of work and focused intensity during it. Our co-founders are Azamat Khamidov and Benazir Toleubekova. Azamat built a Telegram AI product from zero to five million users in four months, the first acquisition inside Telegram. Benazir received a full scholarship to Beijing University of Technology at 15. Joined Taobao at 17. At Alibaba, architected the core recommendation engine serving 500M daily users.

Requirements

  • 5 years in GTM, sales, or revenue — ideally at an early-stage B2B SaaS or AI company
  • Demonstrated track record of building a GTM motion from 0→1 and scaling it
  • Comfortable being player-coach: you'll carry deals yourself before building a team
  • Strong analytical mindset — you make decisions with data, not just instinct
  • Experience selling to technical buyers (CTOs, Heads of AI/Engineering) is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with how enterprises are evaluating and adopting AI
  • Based in San Francisco or able to be here full-time. We're not offering visa sponsorship at this time.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or automation
  • Prior experience at a startup that scaled from seed to Series B+
  • Existing network among enterprise buyers exploring AI agent adoption

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine our ideal customer profile (ICP), segmentation strategy, and positioning as the market evolves
  • Build and own the end-to-end GTM motion — outbound, inbound
  • Lead pipeline generation in close collaboration with marketing; own top-of-funnel and conversion metrics
  • Stand up sales infrastructure from scratch: CRM, sequences, playbooks, and reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with product to feed customer insights back into the roadmap
  • Own the revenue number — ARR, pipeline coverage, win rates, and expansion
